Sifton Properties is very proud to be recognized as a 2012 Tarion Awards of Excellence Finalist by Tarion Warranty Corporation. These awards acknowledge top new home builders based on customer service performance as determined by their own customers.
To determine the award recipients, a survey was sent to more than 45,000 new home buyers in Ontario who took possession of a new home in the previous year. Over 7,000 survey responses were received. The survey questions rated every stage of the homeowner/builder relationship from signing of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, through construction and the pre-delivery period, to after-sales service.
The Tarion Awards of Excellence are the only awards that recognize home builders from across Ontario exclusively for their after-sales customer service performance. Sifton Properties ranked among the top five in the Medium Volume builder category.
