2015 Resident Satisfaction Survey Results

As a part of Sifton Properties continued commitment to Customer Satisfaction, we are pleased to present the results from the 2015 Resident Satisfaction Survey.  We surveyed hundreds of Sifton residents living in townhomes and apartments in London, Guelph and Brantford. We are excited to present the results and we're especially thankful for the residents we serve and their participation in the survey!  


Customer Service

95% of residents confirmed they are satisfied with the friendliness and professionalism of the office and maintenance staff.​


​Maintenance

91% of residents confirmed they are happy with the suite maintenance being done in their homes and agree that inquiries were addressed to their satisfaction.


Curb Appeal

83% of our residents are satisfied with the landscaping and grounds maintenance in our townhome and apartment communities.
