Whether you are searching for your first house, moving up to a larger home, or you’re downsizing, there is a Sifton neighbourhood and the perfect new home lot just waiting for you. Simply put, Sifton Properties Limited is a community developer. We design and create unique neighbourhoods made up of beautiful new homes that are either Sifton-built, or constructed by a select group of partner builders. So how do you get started? Well, it all depends…

Is your heart set on a specific neighbourhood?

If you already know what community you want to live in, the next step is to decide on a lot and a homebuilder. In most cases each of the new home lots has been allocated to a specific builder, the ownership is predetermined.

  1. So if you want that large pie-shaped lot, then go ahead and introduce yourself to the builder who owns it!
  2. If you’d rather shop around by builder, then make sure to tour model homes, visit builder websites and once you make an educated decision you will work with the appropriate new home Sales Associate to select a lot within their collection. Ever so often you’ll come across a lot that has not been pre-sold to a builder – if that’s the case, just talk to your preferred builder about the opportunity to purchase the lot.

Well do we have options for you! Sifton develops neighbourhoods north, south, east and west, with new communities coming to market each year.  Try your best to research your preferred location in the city first, and then visit the neighbourhoods in that area. Once again you’ll be met with a collection of lots and homebuilders to review – so refer to the above!  And keep in mind, Sifton is growing and creating more and more neighbourhoods outside of London that may be just the right fit for you and your family.
