Representatives from the Town of Ingersoll and Sifton Properties Limited broke ground yesterday, marking the official launch of Sifton’s newest neighbourhood – HarrisView, located in Ingersoll, Ontario.
The closest new residential development site to Highway 401, HarrisView is a natural choice for commuters, just 15 minutes from the edge of London and well under 10 minutes to Woodstock.
HarrisView will be a complete community boasting an ideal new home location backed by the quality and experience for which Sifton is known. Immediately west of the site are two top-rated elementary schools within a short five minute walk, and north of the site are Halls Creek and a new SWM pond.
