We’re kicking off our 2025 Empowered Living Speaker Series on Monday, February 10th at 10:30am! Join us to meet Kathryn, Recreation Manager at The Westhill, as she explores how Therapeutic Recreation can positively impact your well-being.
Kathryn will share how it’s not about giving things up, but enriching your life in new and fulfilling ways. With a Master’s in Recreation and Leisure, Kathryn is passionate about enhancing lives through meaningful engagement.
