What drew you and your business to 285 King Street?
“When we first viewed the space, it was almost a blank slate. It perfectly matched our vision of our law firm.”
Custom space design and building can be quite an experience. Can you describe your experience in designing/building your business roots?
“We were fortunate to have an insightful and experienced designer who understood what we wanted to accomplish. She worked collaboratively with Sifton’s Project Manager to create the perfect space. We managed to have much more usable space using about 70% of the space we previously had with room to grow. The biggest hurdles were supply related because of the pandemic.”
How do you feel your expertise will service the downtown core as you grow to be a community partner?
“Working downtown has always been an important priority to our Firm. It has historically and will continue to provide us with a sense of belonging and a sense of supporting the downtown core. The core is filled with many beautiful historical buildings, green space, colorful vibrant flowers and happy, smiling faces. There is no better feeling than supporting your community.”
