What drew you and your business to this location?
“We were looking for a house with character in downtown London – we service many clients in the downtown area and wanted a place where we could fully function with private offices, as well as a space for us to host our workshops, yoga classes and small retreats on site. As soon as I walked in the doors at 470 Ridout I knew it was the perfect place to be long term.”
Custom space design can be quite an experience. Can you describe your experience in designing/building your business roots here?
“Hosting restorative and wellness focused groups with the view directly facing the Eldon House is a dream come true! We want our business to have a grassroots, local feel, while also providing a beautifully designed interior to host clients well, as they tend to their mental and physical health. The Ridout building has so many natural, beautiful features built right into it, which has made moving in and decorating very easy to do.”
How do you feel your expertise will service the community as you grow to be a community partner?
“We are a group of trauma informed health practitioners supporting adults and youth with high levels of stress. It seems that most of us are feeling varying degrees of stress these days and we are here to make life a little bit easier for Londoners. We offer direct billing and contactless payments, as well as consistently strive to create new offerings to better serve the London community.”
In choosing your location, how has Sifton supported you in establishing a trusting relationship?
“From day one the team at Sifton has been quick to respond to my questions and concerns and they made the whole process quick and seamless. Even when there was a slight hiccup in December with the car crash out front of our building, the entire team worked hard to make sure there was no delay. I am so grateful to everyone who was involved in getting the space move-in ready.”
