The Federation of Rental Providers of Ontario (FRPO) hosted their annual Marketing, Achievement & Construction (MAC) awards gala last Saturday, December 7th. Over 1,200 rental industry guests, including representatives from Sifton Properties, attended to celebrate a year of creative and high-quality rental housing promotion.
Each year, members continue to raise the bar, and this year was no exception. As such, we are pleased to announce that Sifton has won the industry award for Environmental Excellence for the 2nd time.
We are immensely proud to receive this award from FRPO, which is the largest association in Ontario representing those who own, manage, build, and finance residential rental properties.
Sifton strives to bring forward the best possible product while making a positive and lasting impact on our community. We are always looking for better, more innovative ways to keep both the customer and the environment in mind.

- Stormwater collection system
- Low flush toilets
- Low flow showerheads
- Waste diversion and recycling
- Gas conversation through windows and doors
- Energy Star certified products
- Furnace retrofits
- Lighting retrofits
- New build emission reduction
- Overall environmental sustainability
