Congratulations to all the Team members at The Erinview, The Westhill, Longworth and Richmond Woods Retirement Residences. Each Team successfully completed the Ontario Retirement Communities Association (ORCA) accreditation process this month with perfect scores = PERFECTION!
There are close to 100 standards that reflect best practices of the highest order in all of the operations and are identified as essential to the quality, legislative and safe operations of Ontario retirement residences. Achieving an ORCA Accredited designation is the stamp of approval that a Retirement Residence has met these strident standards and gives reassurance to residents, families and staff.
