What drew you and your business to open at your current location?
“I am a former Sifton tenant, and the positive experience I had previously brought me back to one of their downtown locations. I am a mental health practitioner and have been practicing in London since 2017.”

“They are warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable in terms of designing the space. Our office is spacious and well painted and designed. Love it.”
How do you feel your experience in your industry will add value to your surrounding community? How do you feel it will help you grow into a community partner?
“My experience in the mental health field has given me a deep understanding of the unique challenges individuals and families face, especially when it comes to behavioral and emotional well-being. Through my work with children, youth, and adults, I’ve seen firsthand how compassionate, tailored support can transform lives.
By bringing these insights into the community, I aim to create accessible services, spaces where people feel safe, heard, and empowered. Whether it’s through our various services of play-based therapy for children, CBT or art therapy for youth and young adults, or CBT and supportive services for couples and families, my team and I strive to meet our clients where they are and walk alongside them in their healing journey.
Becoming a community partner means more than offering services; it’s about building trust, fostering collaboration, and contributing to a culture of mental wellness. I believe that by actively engaging with schools, local organizations, and families, we can help reduce stigma, promote early intervention, and support a more resilient and connected community.”
