You’ve opened a brand new space at 171 Queens! What drew you and your business to this building?
“The prime downtown London location was a key determining factor as it allows us to be close to our clients’ businesses and offers amenities that are attractive to our talent, such as restaurants and parking. In addition, the building offers a bright and open floorplan that supports collaboration and communication among colleagues.”
Can you describe your experience in building your business roots and designing your custom space?
“At Grant Thornton, our philosophy for designing our offices is rooted in one core question: How can a space shape the experience for both our colleagues and clients? When one walks through the London office, they will notice an abundance of natural light at all workstations. The space was purposefully designed to fuel creativity, increase energy and enhance the wellbeing of everyone who comes to our office.”
“We also designed a large, multi-purpose colleague kitchen area that can be formatted for internal events, client functions and training sessions. Our design partner, Sandi Stephenson from Stephenson Design Associates Inc., did a wonderful job executing on our philosophy.”
