“This is one of the best places to live in Guelph. The management is very helpful and understanding. Repairs are done very fast and professionally. They hold various activities like BBQs and giveaways. Good layouts, nice yards, close to the mall and my area alone has at least 15 residents I know to have been here 10-15 plus years.
