Congratulations! You’ve opened your new retail business in West 5. What drew you to bring your business in this community?
“Since Sifton started building West 5 over 5 years ago, I was drawn in by their desire to have a positive impact on the environment. West 5 is focused on nature, sustainability and reducing the communities’ overall carbon footprint, which makes it a very attractive place to live. Their vision of bringing people together really drew me in to the idea of opening a store in West 5.”
Can you describe your experience in designing and building your business here in West 5?
“Starting with the first meeting I had with Joanna Campbell and Laura Taylor, I was very impressed at how well they were able to understand the vision I had for my store. Every meeting was a pleasure as we talked through the different plans of construction. They made sure to communicate with me regularly, while always giving me the opportunity to provide my input, which I appreciated. I would highly recommend working with Sifton to open a new business location.”
How do you feel your expertise in your area of business will add value to West 5 as you grow to be a larger community partner?

We all need to take extra care of our birds and wildlife as they provide such important benefits – such as eating insects, dispersing seeds, and pollinating plants.”
