Congratulations on your recent Expansion! Can you please share how long you have been a tenant at 200 Queens Avenue and how your business has grown during your time here?

“I have been a tenant as an owner of my business for approximately four years, and had previously been here as an employee with a different firm for approximately two years. One of the primary reasons to return and locate my office here was my exceptional experience with the Sifton staff. From leasing to day to day operations, the staff were seemingly always readily available to help us with our concerns or questions. This provided me with the ideal environment to grow my business. Custom space design and building can be quite an experience. Can you describe your experience in designing your expansion premises?

“The initial move to 200 Queens Ave. allowed us with tremendous input into the process. We were given details about timing, design and recommendations. The experience was informed and well-coordinated, and the final product going beyond our expectations. When we outgrew our space, we were fortunate to find a unit that had already been beautifully designed and cared for. Nevertheless, the Sifton staff were, once again, accommodating with the minor modifications required to accommodate our vision. Our experience was pleasant in both instances.”
