Join us for a 4-week program trying a different session each week at Balance + Tranquility. These sessions will allow you to take a break, recharge and find peace amidst the chaos. Join us on Thursday evenings at 6:45, starting April 4th for 4 weeks. This is a 50% Sifton subsidized event and cost per person is $85. Friends and family are welcome.

Sound in the Salt Cave: The benefits of the salt cave combined with the benefits of Crystal Singing Bowls. The vibrations produced by the bowls can help to balance the body’s energy centers, known as chakras, and promote a sense of well-being. The bowls are also used to help people relax and meditate, and can be used to create a peaceful and calming atmosphere.
Quantum Flow is a method that combines ancient as well as modern healing modalities that helps rewire the connection between your mind and nervous system, a powerful method that awakens your highest potential and optimal state of flow. It is an empowering practice, in that participants are led to use their own bodies, breath, and voices to reconnect with the greatness of their natural state, and to positively impact all layers of one’s being.
Sivananda Yoga follows a sequence of 12 basic yoga postures, including variations of sun salutations, and emphasizes a systematic approach to relaxation. It is known for its simplicity, accessibility, and focus on spiritual growth and self-realization. A great class for all levels!
