For 100 years we’ve been building homes, always striving to exceed the expectations and standards within the construction industry. The satisfaction of our homeowners is our number one goal, but occasionally we are recognized among peers within the local industry.
The Awards of Creative Excellence were created by the London Home Builders’ Association to recognize quality products and industry accomplishments. Each year, members are honoured for special achievements in Energy Efficiency, Health & Safety, Marketing, and Design as well as for personal voluntary commitments to the Association and the housing industry.
On January 19th, Sifton was named recipient of the prestigious 2022 Builder of the Year award, as well as Health & Safety recognition for home construction in our Clear Skies community.
Entrants are judged on their support of the housing industry, adaptability, community support and feedback from new home customers. The New Homes team is thrilled to share these awards with dedicated team members and partners in our success.
As we celebrate our anniversary and place a memorial Sifton 100 brick into each home completed this year, we are proud to carry the title – Builder of the Year!
