Last Thursday evening, the Sifton New Homes team had the pleasure of attending the London Home Builders’ Association Awards of Creative Excellence recognizing the successes of area builders and renovators over the past year. Sifton was named finalists in a number of categories; a testament to the innovation, creativity and hard work done by the New Homes team members and supporting staff. This year Sifton was the proud recipient of the following awards
Best New Single Family Home $400,000-$550,000 – in RiverBend Golf Community
Project Partner Meagher’s Drafting & Design Services
EnerQuality Environmental Stewardship Award – recognizing Sifton’s push to lead the industry with energy-efficient homes including the first Net Zero home in London and reducing the impact on the environment through sound building practices.
Health and Safety Award – recognizing a site supervisor that makes health and safety practices and enforcement a standard daily activity to ensure the safety of trades, suppliers and staff while on-site. This year’s winner was Adam Johnson in the new Forest Hill site. Sifton Properties’ sites garnered the 3 finalist positions within this category which is a statement to our overall health and safety approach in the workplace.
The final category in which an award was received, was the prestigious Mowbray Sifton Award. This award is named after the Association’s founding President and is meant to honour a member for an outstanding contribution to the Association over the past three years. Sifton Properties staff is proud to congratulate their President and CEO, Richard Sifton, as this year’s winner of the Mowbray Sifton Award.
