Congratulation on your brand new space at West 5! What drew your business to this community?
“There is a good mix of commercial and residential business which we need to be successful. Also, it’s a growing community and we can’t wait to see what it has to offer us.”
Can you describe your experience in designing your new restaurant space here in West 5?
“It was exciting to see with each phase of construction that we were getting closer to the finished look. It was quite a learning process, we learned to expect that things might not go as we plan, but that everyone came together perfectly in the end.”
How do you feel your business will add value to West 5?
“I feel since Fresh Healthy Café is all about fresh, natural, healthy food, we can offer the community a healthier dining option. We saw that there was good potential for our business in West 5 as there is already a gym, running club and yoga. Residents of this community are really looking to have that healthy lifestyle and we want to support that by offering them a wide variety of healthy options in our restaurant.”
In choosing West 5 for your business, how has Sifton supported you in establishing a trusting relationship?
“I used work for Sifton and witnessed first-hand how supportive they are for their tenants and how they go the extra mile to make them happy. I also witnessed how quickly West 5 was growing and how much effort Sifton is putting in to make that happen. Now I know I made the right decision to be part of the West 5 community, even if it’s just beginning of my journey as a restaurant owner.
