N.O.A.H Café

Alicia has left her mark on well-respected local London dining spots such as The Tasting Room, Blu Duby, The River Room, and Blackfriars.

Owner and Head Chef Alicia Hartley brings her over 25 years of experience to One London Place, aiming to provide local, affordable and moderately healthy food choices for people to enjoy. From a quick on-the-go coffee and breakfast cookie to a big Metzger’s burger lunch, your meals are covered. With an ever-changing menu, there will always be something new to try. For your catering needs, N.O.A.H Café offers regular or customized menus.

Alicia is a native of Guyana – the home of classic fusion cuisine – and this heavily influences her cooking. Her culinary approach is both instinctual and thoughtful. She is a proponent of combining ingredients from various cuisines and regions with contemporary ideas – and she’s known to ramp up the spice quotient! Alicia credits her mother, who is part Chinese, for the Asian influence in her cooking repertoire. Alicia has left her mark on well-respected local London dining spots such as The Tasting Room, Blu Duby, The River Room, and Blackfriars.

Leota Harry, Chef Alicia’s young sister, has been helping her in almost every kitchen over the past 20 years. Leota comes from The Four Points by Sheraton, where she was a bartender for the last 6 years. Leota shares her sister’s passion for food, so it was a no-brainer for the sisters to collaborate on this new venture with Sifton. Sue Melville also has been a part of the hospitality industry for over 30 years, and has a super power for remembering everyone’s names and orders!
